Techknowledge is a 1-1 technical support service which allows you to get the help you need, with your personal devices, from the comfort of your own home.

Each session is tailored around your needs to provide a unique personal experience whilst maintaining the same excellent customer service.

What do I offer
There are 4 services you can choose from:

General Support - A shorter session which focuses on answering questions, resolving an issue with your device or providing a quick 'get to know' of an application.
​
Advanced Support - A longer session which focuses on setting up a device, transferring data from old devices to new devices and unlocking devices you are unable to access.
​
Training - 1-1 lessons completely customisable by you, at your own pace, to get the most out of your device. From learning how to use a device to learning how to edit a photo or video, training will provide you with step-by-step guidance to make sure you feel confident using all of your devices.

Purchase Support - A short call which focuses on giving you the essential advice you need when purchasing new Apple devices.
